Appeal Allowed Following Full Day Hearing

From the very first phone call with Manish it was clearly evident that we had found an advocate who is incredibly pragmatic and throughout the process leading up to tribunal offered much heartfelt advice that was much needed during uncertain times. We were extremely grateful of how Manish sacrificed many late evenings on the phone, offering practical and personal guidance. It gave us the confidence to strive towards the rightful conclusion to a long process and equipped us with the knowledge to move forward positively in the future. We have been truly very lucky to find his encouragement and I wish other parents too would find great strength by having the support of Manish as their SEN advocate.

Mr. Michael Setek, SE England

Thanks a lot

I have no words to say thank you for your timely advice and support. I still remember those evenings when I used to ring you and text you for advice. The valuable time you have given despite your busy schedule is much appreciated (without expecting a penny). You put me in the right direction.  I wish you all the very best in supporting parents like me in the future and I wish all the blessings for your family.

Empowering advice

I spoke with Manish regarding difficulties with my son and the residential school he currently attends, which I have great difficulty with. Manish was very good at helping with drafting of letters and providing case law to identify a starting basis in which to achieve progress on behalf of my son. It is in my experience a very difficult and tough choice to send your child away to residential school and when one feels that things are not working and he is being let down, it adds to the guilt that we as parents feel, which is inherent in lots of ways due to dealing with Local Authorities and some independent schools. Manish has assisted greatly in knowledge and making me feel empowered to effect change for my son. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for support and guidance. In the world of SEN as a parent one can often feel a bit like a lone wolf with no voice, Manish will provide the service and support to ensure that you do not end up feeling like this.

Tremendous tribunal advice

I reached out to Manish for some advice on a vital matter relating to my Tribunal appeal after reading his numerous constructive responses on Mumsnet. Manish kindly and generously sacrificed his personal time, when he had a busy diary, to patiently listen and understand the background and share his invaluable insights and provide some excellent advice based on his hands-on experience in this area. The guidance he provided was practical and very helpful and he kindly shared details of contacts to help progress further. With his personal experience Manish was able to understand the key issues quickly and then provided some excellent practical guidance, free of cost.
